      4. Description of the procurement:

        Die Dammertüchtigung umfasst einen 13 km langen Abschnitt des Rheinhochwasserdamms RHWD XXV und einen 1 km langen Abschnitt des rechten Murgdamms. Mit der Ertüchtigung soll der Hochwasserschutz bzgl. der Standsicherheit und der Zugänglichkeit (Dammverteidigungswege) der Dämme entsprechend den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik verbessert werden, insbesondere indem das Dammprofil durch Abflachung der Böschungen und Herstellung von landseitigen Bermen verbreitert wird. Das Vorhaben zur Sanierung des Rheinhochwasserdammes wurde am 15.02.2016 durch das Landratsamt Rastatt planfestgestellt. Gemäß den naturschutzrechtlichen Auflagen sind zum Ausgleich und Ersatz nicht zu verhindernder Eingriffe in Natur und Landschaft Kompensationsmaßnahmen vorgeschrieben. Dazu gehören unter anderem die Anlage und Pflege von Nasswiesen, Röhrichten und Seggenbeständen. Die Anlage und Pflege von Feldgehölzen und Streuobstwiesen sind ebenso Teil der Kompensationsmaßnahmen. Es sind folgende Leistungen auszuführen: – Erdarbeiten: Bekämpfung von Goldrute, Verpflanzung von Schilfsoden und Haarstrang – Ansaat und Nachsaat von Wiesen und 3 Jahre Pflege – Pflanzung von Sträuchern, Forstgehölzen und Obstbäumen und 3 Jahre Pflege einschließlich Erziehungsschnitt – Mahd von Schilfröhricht Hauptmassen: – 1 250 m2 Gehölze und ca. 50 Bäume roden – 3 400 m2 Schlif mähen – 600 m3 Bodenaushub – 65 Totholzstrukturen herstellen – 8 870 Röhrichtballen, Sträucher, Forstgehölze und Heister pflanzen und 3 Jahre pflegen – 64 Obstbäume pflanzen und 3 Jahre pflegen – 15 800 m2 Wiesen ansäen und 3 Jahre pflegen.
