      Aufgrund einer Plausiblitätsprüfung in der für die Erstellung dieser Bekanntmachung verwendeten Software mussten zwingend Auftragswerte in dieser Bekanntmachung angegeben werden. Aus den in § 39 Abs. 6 Ziffern 3 und 4 VgV genannten Gründen wurde nicht der tatsächliche Auftragwert angegeben, sondern ein fiktiver, der keinesfalls dem tatsächlichen Auftragswert entspricht.
