         Der AN hat den genehmigungskonformen Betrieb und die Sickerwasserentsorgung für den AG nach Maßgabe der vorliegenden Vergabe durchzuführen, wobei der AN entsprechende durch die Vorgabe des genehmigungskonformen Betriebes erforderliche Komponenten (insbesondere Umkehrosmoseanlage ggf. in Containerbauweise) zu installieren und im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung beizustellen hat.
