      4. Description of the procurement:

        Der Auftraggeber vergibt für das Entsorgungsgebiet des Landkreises Schmalkalden-Meiningen den Auftrag zur Übernahme und Verwertung von Altpapier (PPK) inkl. Containergestellung. Das Altpapier ist an drei Übergabestellen im Kreisgebiet zu übernehmen, die vom Auftraggeber oder einem beauftragten Dritten des Auftraggebers betrieben werden.

        Die Sammlung ist nicht Teil des ausgeschriebenen Auftrags.

        Gesamtmenge bzw. Umfang des Auftrags.

        Zur Verwertung kommen ca. 6 750 Mg kommunales Altpapier (PPK) inkl. Systembetreiber-Anteil.

        Wichtiger Hinweis des Auftraggebers:

        Für die vorliegende Ausschreibung wird das kommunale Altpapier zuzüglich Verpackungen aus PPK (Anteillizenzierter Verkaufsverpackungen, Systembetreiberanteil) zugrunde gelegt.

        Zurzeit bestehen Abstimmungsvereinbarungen mit den Betreibern Dualer Systeme über die Mitbenutzung des Verwertungssystems des Auftraggebers, weshalb in der vorliegenden Ausschreibung zunächst von einer zu verwertenden Altpapiermenge (PPK) von 100 % ausgegangen wird. Falls es während der Vertragslaufzeit zu keiner Verlängerung der Abstimmungsvereinbarung mit den Betreibern Dualer Systeme und somit zu einer Änderung des Gewichtsanteils auf 78,17 % (nur PPK-Anteil Auftraggeber) kommen sollte, so wird dieser neue Gewichtsanteil Vertragsbestandteil. Der Auftraggeber wird den Auftragnehmer in Kenntnis setzen, wenn eine Änderung der Abstimmungsvereinbarung vorliegt.

        Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, zweimal die Laufzeit des Vertrags um jeweils ein Jahr zu verlängern (einseitige Verlängerungsoption). Die erste Verlängerungsoption muss vom Auftraggeber spätestens bis zum 30.06.2020 für eine Vertragsverlängerung bis zum 31.12.2021 ausgeübt werden. Die zweite Verlängerungsoption muss vom Auftraggeber spätestens bis zum 30.06.2021 für eine Vertragsverlängerung bis zum 31.12.2022 ausgeübt werden.
