         Die Baumaßnahme besteht aus dem Neubau von 5.

         Viergeschossigen Mehrfamilienhäusern mit insgesamt 165 Wohneinheiten auf einem Grundstück in Potsdam, Ortsteil Bornstedt. Die Baumaßnahme wird mit „GHP“ bezeichnet.

         Die 5 Mehrfamilienhäuser sind als zusammengesetzte rechteckige Kuben mit Flachdächern geplant. Die Erschließung der einzelnen Etagen erfolgt über je ein Treppenhaus als 4 bzw. 3-Spänner mit einem dazugehörigen Aufzug. In die Baukörper sind Loggien eingeschnitten.

         Jeweils Haus 1 und Haus 2, sowie Haus 4 und 5 sind baugleich. Haus 3 an der Schmalseite weist 3 Aufgänge auf. Die Eingänge in die Häuser sind mit A, B oder C gekennzeichnet.

         Die Mehrfamilienhäuser stehen entlang der sie umgebenden Straßen. Die Gebäude sind komplett unterkellert. Die Untergeschosse sind jeweils um 1 m aus dem Geländeniveau herausgehoben.
