         Im Rahmen einer ganzheitlichen Vergabe sollen am Standort Renatstr. 4-6 in Hildesheim eine 2 1/2 zügige Ganztagsgrundschule mit Einfeld- und Mehrzwecksporthalle mit einer BGF von ca. 4 354 m2 und einer Kindertagesstätte mit Krippe mit einer BGF von ca. 1 565m2 geplant und schlüsselfertig errichtet werden. Die Finanzierungsleistungen umfassen die Bauzwischenfinanzierung. Die Stadt Hildesheim erwartete ein umfassendes Gesamtangebot für die Planungs-, Bau- und Finanzierungsleistungen sowie für Wartungsleistungen innerhalb der verlängerten Gewährleistung. Der Bildungscampus soll im III. Quartal 2019 in Betrieb gehen.
