         Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe einer Dienstleistungskonzession zur Aufstellung von Sammelbehältern für Altkleider und Schuhe an den öffentlichen Containerstandplätzen in der Stadt Hildesheim. Derzeit bestehen im Stadtgebiet 97 Standorte zur Altkleider- und - Schuhsammlung an öffentlichen Containerstandplätzen, auf denen insgesamt 123 Sammelbehälter aufgestellt sind. Die Sondernutzungsgebühr beträgt 50 00 Euro je Monat und Standplatz.
