         Der Polizeibehörden des Landes NRW und der Deutschen Hochschule der Polizei (DHPol) im Arbeitsschutz durch Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit nach der Vorgabe des § 16 Arbeitssicherheitsgesetzes (ASiG) einen überbetrieblichen Dienst verpflichtet.

         Im Wege des vorliegenden offenen Verfahrens ist mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer ein entsprechender Dienstvertrag abgeschlossen worden.
