         Die Stadt Chemnitz plant die Innensanierung des Schulgebäudes der Georg-Weerth-Oberschule; Uhlandstraße 2-4 in 09130 Chemnitz. Für die Leistungsphasen (LPH) 2; 3 und 5 – 8 der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung ELT (ALG 4 + 5) nach § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 wird ein Planungsbüro im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens nach 5 15 VgV gesucht Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) ca. 6 500 m2; Kostenobergrenze KG 200 – 700: 2 165 000 000 EUR brutto.
