         Das zu sanierende Grundstück befindet sich im Bereich Flur 8, Flurstück 1/1 und die zu bearbeitende Fläche umfasst etwa 1 500 m2. Die Großbeerenstraße grenzt in nordöstlicher Richtung, die Grünstraße in westlicher Richtung an das Planungsgebiet. Erschlossen wird es von der Grünstraße aus.

         Die Außenanlagen der Wohnanlage werden von den Mietern gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Die Hauseingänge befinden sich auf den straßenseitigen Freiflächen entlang der Grünstraße und Großbeerenstraße. Auf der hofseitigen Fläche befinden sich Kellerzugänge. Darüber hinaus verläuft der Zugang zu den angrenzenden Dauerkleingärten über den Innenhof.

         — Umsetzung von behördlichen Auflagen (Spielflächen, Müllbedarf, Fahrrad-Stellplätze),

         — Instandsetzung der Kellerabgänge (Hochbau),

         — Instandsetzung/Neubau der Wegeverbindungen und Hauseingangsbereiche,

         — Neuanlage der Vegetationsflächen (Rasen- und Pflanzflächen),
