         Der Auftrag umfasst ausschließlich Leistungen gemäß § 39 HOAI (Freianlagen). Darüber hinausgehende Planungsleistungen bzw. Gewerke werden gesondert vergeben.

         Für die Bereiche Bahnhofsplatz/Bahnhofstraße und Übergang zum Ortskern/zur Fußgängerzone (Unterführung) wird verkehrsplanerische Leistungen erforderlich. Die Vergabe dieser Leistung ist nicht Teil des des Auftrags. Gleiches gilt für die unter II.1.4) beschriebenen Planungsleistungen, die von Villeroy & Boch vergibt. Auch die beabsichtigten Objektplanungen im Hochbaubereich (Feuerwache, FOC) sind nicht Teil des Planungsauftrages.

         Der Auftrag umfasst die Leistungen zum 1. BA.

         Es erfolgt eine schrittweise Umsetzung der Planung.
