         Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Reisebüropartner über die Abwicklung der Online-/Offline-Reisebuchungen über zentrale Studios des Reisebüropartners mit fest definierten Service- bzw. Ansprechpartnern sowie über jeweils ein Implant mit 2 der teilnehmenden Rundfunkanstalten. Erwartet wird eine qualitativ hochwertige und professionelle Betreuung der Travel-Management Abteilungen/-Verantwortlichen, der Reisestellen, der Buchungen und der Reisenden in der Planung, Buchung, Reisedurchführung und späteren Abrechnung. Der Reisebüropartner unterstützt das jeweilige Travel Management bei der Steuerung und Kontrolle des Reiseaufkommens, der Einhaltung der entsprechenden Vorgaben/Reiserichtlinien und bei der Generierung von Einsparpotentialen bei gleichzeitig hoher Qualität und Transparenz auf Basis einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit.
