         Die Berufsschule wird in zwei Bauabschnitten umgebaut und saniert.

         Im EG werden im Bestand Pausenhalle, Mensa und Verwaltung neu errichtet. Im EG und in den beiden Obergeschossen werden zudem im Bestand Unterrichtsräume als Kompartments umgebaut.

         Die Gebäudehülle und Dächer, Sanitärbereiche, sowie die gesamte Haustechnik werden saniert.

         Der Schulbetrieb läuft während der Bauarbeiten in anderen Gebäudeteilen weiter.

         Die Gewerbeschule 20 befindet sich im Hamburger Stadtteil Bergedorf.

         Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die vollständige Sanierung sowie den Umbau des Gebäudes.

         Die BGF des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 12 500 m2.

         Die Baustelle ist über den Ladenbeker Furtweg unabhängig vom Schulbetrieb anfahrbar.

         Die Vergabekammer leitet gemäß § 160 Abs. 1 GWB ein Nachprüfungsverfahren nur auf Antrag ein. Der Antrag ist gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 - 4 GWB unzulässig, soweit:

         1) der Antragsteller den geltend gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsantrags erkannt und gegenüber dem Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb einer Frist von zehn Kalendertagen gerügt hat;

         2) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden;

         3) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden;

         4) mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind.
