         Bei Verstößen gegen Vergabevorschriften kann auf Antrag ein Nachprüfungsverfahren bei der unten genannten Vergabekammer eingeleitet werden. Voraussetzung für die Einlegung eines Nachprü-fungsantrags ist das Vorliegen der Anforderungen des § 160 Abs. 3 GWB. In diesem Zusammen-hang sind Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die der Antragsteller im Vergabeverfahren erkannt hat, innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen nach Kenntnis über den Vergaberechtsverstoß gegenüber der Vergabestelle zu rügen. Verstöße, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung oder in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, sind spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe oder zur Bewerbung zu rügen. Weiterhin dürfen bis zudem Antrag auf Einleitung eines Nachprüfungsverfahrens nicht mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung der Vergabestelle, der Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sein.
