         Sanierung und Instandsetzung des Oberlandesgerichts Stuttgart, Olgastraße 2, 70182 Stuttgart. Beauftragt werden Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI, für die Anlagengruppen Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen und Lufttechnische Anlagen, jeweils die Leistungsphasen 2-3 und 5-9. Die jeweiligen Besonderen Leistungen können den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. Die geschätzten Gesamtbaukosten für diese Maßnahme betragen 10 400 000 EUR brutto. Die geschätzten anteiligen Technikbaukosten betragen 1 200 000 EUR brutto. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Bewerbungsformblatt zu erfolgen. Das Formblatt ist unter der in der EU-Bekanntmachung unter Ziffer I.3 aufgeführten Internetadresse herunterladbar.
