         Das Projekt Akut-Sanierungsplan 2018 – 2019, AKSP1819, umfasst die Sanierung/Erneuerung der Bautechnik,

         Des Brandschutzes und der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung des Gasteig, Münchens Kulturzentrum, im laufenden Betrieb mit einem Gesamtvolumen von ca. 5 860 000 EUR netto (KGR 200-700).

         Die Außenfassade des Gasteig, Rosenheimer Straße 5, 81667 München, ist Großteils mit einer Klinkerverblendung gestaltet. Abschlüsse und Fensterstürze wurden aus Beton gefertigt, sodass das Klinkermauerwerk in verschiedenen Höhen durch Betonbänder durchtrennt wird. Die Betonbänder weisen punktuelle Beschädigungen auf, sodass die Gefahr von Personen- und Sachschäden durch herunterfallende Betonteile besteht. Es sind punktuelle Betonabbruch und -instandsetzungen, zum Großteil von einem Hubsteiger ausgeführt, notwendig. Die Maßnahme ist in den Sommermonaten 2018 auszuführen.

         Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme „LV 600 Betonsanierung (VA08)“ sind folgende Maßnahmen auszuführen:

         — Baustelleneinrichtung,

         — Voruntersuchungen von Betonaußenbauteilen anhand bereitgestellter Schadenspläne und Fotos,

         — Punktuelle Instandsetzung von Schadstellen von Betonaußenbauteilen (senkrecht, waagrecht über Kopf und Kassettendecken),

         — Großflächiger Betonabbruch und Erneuerung (ca. 5 m 2) eines Unterzugs in der Abfahrt Bustiefgarage,

         — Beschichtungsarbeiten mit einem OS 5b Oberflächenschutzsystem,
