        Los 1 Betoninstandsetzung

        Instandsetzung aufgrund Betonschädigungen mit hohen Chloridbelastungen. Bewehrungsschädigungen durch starke Korrosion. Instandsetzung durch Rückbau einer überwiegenden Anzahl der Geschossdecken bei Erhalt der Unterzugskonstruktion. Rückbau erfolgt zum Erhalt der Bewehrung der Unterzüge durch Hochdruckwasserstrahl (HDW)-Verfahren. Danach sind die Deckenfelder mechanisch auszubauen.

        Demontage, Lieferung und Montage der Elektroinstallationen im ganzen Parkhaus mit Ausnahme des Treppenhauses zum Markt am Nonnenhaus.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        Das Parkhaus Altstadt-Mitte in Tübingen (Baujahr 1982) muss aufgrund umfangreicher Betonschädigungenumfangreich instandgesetzt werden. Im Rahmen einer Voruntersuchung wurden sehr hohe Chloridbelastungenüber die gesamte Deckenstärke der Geschossdecken festgestellt. Hiervon ist ein Großteil der Decken imParkhaus betroffen.

        Weiterhin wurden umfangreiche Bewehrungsschädigungen infolge starker Korrosion festgestellt.

        Die Instandsetzung des Parkhauses sieht daher einen Rückbau einer überwiegenden Anzahl derGeschossdecken, bei Erhalt der Unterzugskonstruktion vor.

        Der Betonabtrag erfolgt zum Erhalt der Bewehrung der Unterzüge mittel HDW-Verfahren. Anschließend sind dieDeckenfelder mechanisch auszubauen. Die neu zu erstellenden Decken werde im Gebäude eingeschalt undneu betoniert. Die Decken erhalten ein Oberflächenschutzsystem.

        Weitere Leistungen zur Instandsetzung des Parkhauses sind: Einbau eines kathodischen KorrosionsschutzSystems (KKS-Systems) auf wasserundurchlässigen Bodenplatten (WU-Bodenplatten); Einbau einer neuenRampenkonstruktion in Stahlbeton, Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Wand- und Stützensockeln, Erneuerung derAußentreppe, Rückbau des Bodenaufbaus und Abdichtung der Freidecks mit anschließendem Asphaltbelag.

      12. Description of the procurement:

        Im Zuge der allgemeinen Instandsetzung des Parkhauses wird die Elektroinstallation im ganzen Parkhaus, mit Ausnahme des Treppenhauses zum Markt am Nonnenhaus, erneuert.

        In den Parkebenen wird die gesamte Elektroinstallation zurückgebaut und mit Ausnahme der erst kürzlicherneuerten Rettungszeichenleuchten nicht wieder verwendet. Die vorhandenen Wannenleuchten werdendemontiert und zur Baubeleuchtung an anderer Stelle teilweise wiederverwendet. Die Beleuchtung inden Parkebenen wird mit Light Emitting Diode (LED) Wannenleuchten ausgeführt und über EuropäischerInstallations Bus (EIB)/KNX Steuerung tageslicht bzw. bewegungsabhängig gesteuert. Alle Steckdosen sindabschaltbar. Die Zentrale der Sicherheitsbeleuchtung (Lade-Schaltgerät) in Ebene 13 wird erhalten und dieSicherheitsleuchten in den Fahrwegen durch LED Leuchten ersetzt. Im Neuen Elektroverteiler im Technikraumwerden alle Anlagen für das Parkhaus abgesichert, für die Elektrofahrzeug-Ladestationen wird ein separaterVerteiler in der Ebene 6 vorgesehen. Das Leitungsnetz für die Kassen und Schrankenanlagen wird ebensoerneuert wie die Leitungen für die CO-Warnanlage und die Rauchschutzvorhänge. Die Brandmeldeanlageund die Videoüberwachung werden komplett neu aufgebaut. Alle Technischen Anlagen werden über einespeicherprogrammierbare Steuerungs-(SPS) Schnittstelle im Technikraum in der Ebene 5 und der bestehendenTelekommunikationsleitung der Stadtwerke Tübingen (SWT) mit der SWT Leitwarte verbunden.
