      In einer ersten EU-weiten Ausschreibung zum Gewerk „Umbau Absaugung Holzwerkstatt“ konnte kein wirtschaftliches Angebot erzielt werden. Die Ausschreibung wurde vergaberechtlich aufgehoben und ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt. Eine ausreichende Anzahl an Firmen wurde zu einer Angebotsabgabe auf Basis des ursprünglichen Leistungsverzeichnisses aufgefordert.
