        Gegenstand der Versicherungsleistung ist eine Excedenten-Haftpflicht-Deckung zu einer kombinierten Bauleistungs- und Haftpflicht-Versicherung mit jährlicher Summenmeldung (Umsatzvertrag) für sämtliche Bauvorhaben mit Baubeginn innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit (Los 1). Die Basisdeckung auf der Grundlage des Basisvertrages wird im Rahmen eines anderweitigen Vergabeverfahrens vergeben.

        Bei der Excedenten-Haftpflicht-Deckung handelt es sich um einen Investitionssummen-Vertrag. Gegenstand der Versicherung sind Haftpflichtdeckungen, die mit Ausführung der Baumaßnahmen innerhalb Deutschlands im Zusammenhang mit:

        — Neubauvorhaben,

        — Umbaumaßnahmen,

        — Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen inklusive aller Nebeneinrichtungen und dazugehörige Tiefbaumaßnahmen, die während der Vertragslaufzeit begonnen werden, stehen (ausgeschlossen aus dieser Ausschreibung ist das Bauprojekt Heinrich-Mann-Alle mit den Baufeldern 1 bis 4).

        Haftpflicht-Excedent (15 000 000 EUR, 2-fach max.) für Bauherr, Baufirmen, Planer.

        Selbstbehalt: ohne

        Mindestquote Führungsanteil: 40 %

        Mindestquote Beteiligungsanteil: 10 %
