        Die ProPotsdam beabsichtigt die Erschließung des ehemaligen Straßenbahndepots in der Heinrich-Mann-Allee in Potsdam und die Bebauung des Baufeldes 4 ab 2018 mit Wohnungen.

        Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss einer Projektversicherung als kombinierte Bauleistungs-/Betriebs-und Berufs-Haftpflicht-Versicherung für die vorgenannten Erschließungs- und Baumaßnahmen, optional auch für zukünftige Neubaumaßnahmen der ProPotsdam auf den Baufeldern 1 bis 3 (vgl. II.2.11). Versicherte Personen sind neben der ProPotsdam sämtliche projektbeteiligte Bauunternehmen und Dienstleister, inkl. Planer.

        Im Ergebnis des Vergabeverfahrens ist eine 100 %-ige Deckung unter Beteiligung von einem oder mehreren Versicherer/n (offene Mitversicherung) zu erreichen. Bewerbungen und Angebote über Mitversicherungsquoten (Führungs- und/oder Beteiligungsquoten) sind daher ausdrücklich zugelassen. Die Mindestquote für eine Führungsbeteiligung beträgt jedoch 40 % und für die sonstige Beteiligung beträgt 10 %.

Hilfsweise behält sich die ProPotsdam GmbH vor, die Versicherung der zukünftigen Bauvorhaben auf den Baufeldern 1 bis 3 als Wiederholung gleichartiger Leistungen im Wege des Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 9 VgV an den zukünftigen Vertragspartner/Auftragnehmer zu vergeben.
