         In der Welschen Haube des Siegerlandmuseums sollen Holztreppen, Holzverkleidungen, Türen und Wandverkleidungen beschichtet werden.

         Bei der ausgeschriebenen Leistung handelt es sich um eine Teilmaßnahme im Rahmen des.

         Städtebauförderungsprojektes „Rund um den Siegberg". Es erfolgt eine europaweite Ausschreibung, da sich der geschätzte Auftragswert aus dem Gesamtwert aller Lose „Rund um den Siegberg" ergibt und die Ausnahmeregelung des § 3 (9) VgV bei der über mehrere Jahre dauernden Maßnahme derzeit nicht angewendet werden kann. § 3 (9) VgV sieht vor, dass auf eine europaweite Ausschreibung verzichtet werden kann, wenn der geschätzte Netto-Gesamtwert der Leistung unter 80 000 EUR liegt und die Summe der Nettowerte 20 % des Gesamtwertes aller Lose nicht übersteigt.
