         Die schön Klinik Neustadt beabsichtigt im Rahmen einer Bestandssanierung nach dem OP Neubau die Intensivstation (inkl. IMC) umzubauen. Im 1. OG Haus 1 werden 24 Betten (10 ITS und 24 IMC) in direkter Verbindung zum bestehenden Aufwachraum geschaffen. Hierfür ist vorab das Labor aus der Ostseite in die Westseite zu verlegen. Das Labor wird unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten im Grundriss neu entwickelt werden.

         Die Betriebsstellen in den Ebenen müssen in diesem Zuge, im laufenden Betrieb unter Patientenversorgung, neu strukturiert und ergänzt werden. Die Technikgewerke sind in diesem Zuge zu erneuern. Hier sind erfahrungsgemäß insbesondere bei der Planung und Ausführung frühzeitige und sicherheitsrelevante Augenmerke für die Betriebsräume und Strangführungen der Elektrotechnik und Lüftungstechnik Aufgabe des Auftragnehmers. Der Brandschutz ist umfänglich zu beachten. Das Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen beträgt 4,75 Mio. EUR brutto. Die Maßnahme wird öffentlich gefördert. Der Raumbedarf beträgt ca. 900 m2 Nutzungsfläche. Vorgesehen ist der Baubeginn im III. Q. 2018.

      Die Anforderung der Teilnahmeunterlagen ist bei Interesse für mehrere Lose einzeln separat für jedes Los zu E-Mailen.

      Fragen und Antworten zum Verfahren werden ausschließlich per E-Mail beantwortet und sind ausschließlich per E-Mail an den o. g. Berater des Auftraggebers zu stellen. Fragen sind sofort nach Erhalt der Unterlagen zu stellen, spätestens jedoch bis 168 Stunden zeitlich vor der Abgabefrist.
