         Das Grundstück Am Moosfenn 27-31 hat eine Größe von ca. 13 210 m2. In 3 neu zu errichtenden reinen Wohngebäuden sind 105 Wohneinheiten (35 WE je Gebäude) vorgesehen. Die drei baugleichen Mehrfamilienhäuser haben je 6 oberirdische Vollgeschosse. Die Baukörper sind unterkellert. Der Eingangsbereich selbst schließt schwellenlos an das Gelände an. Das Zugangsgeschoss wird mittels Klinkerfassade optisch abgehoben. Die Erdgeschosswohnungen erhalten vorgelagert Terrassen als Freisitz mit schwellenlosen Ausgängen. Die Obergeschosse 1 bis 4 werden mit einheitlichem Fassadenduktus nachobengeführt. Alle Wohneinheiten erhalten einen Balkon. Das 5. Obergeschoss wird leicht nach innen abgesetzt.Das 6. Vollgeschoss wird gegenüber der weiteren Vollgeschosse leicht abgesetzt und mittels eingeschnittener.

         Eckterrassen ausformuliert. Alle Wohneinheiten des Gebäudes werden über ein zentrales innenliegendes Treppenhaus erschlossen und mittels eines Aufzuges erreicht.
