        70184 Stuttgart, Richard-Wagner Str. 15a, 17, 19: Staatsministerium – Sanierung und Umnutzung Pfortenensemlbe, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Teile der Leistungen der Leistungsphase 2, Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3-9 sowie die Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 8+9. Garagengebäude (ehem. „Autoremise“) Richard-Waner-Str 15a (NGF ca. 750 m2): Baurechtliche Teilumnutzung und bauliche und technische Sanierung des zweigeschossigen Garagengebäudes einschl. UG und Dach in Verwaltungsbereiche unter Beachtung öffentlich-rechtlicher, denkmalpflegerischer und nutzerspezifischen Vorgaben. Pfortengebäude (ehem.„Dienerhaus“) Richard-Wagner-Str. 17 (NGF ca. 335 m2): bauliche und technische Instandsetzung der 1992 genehmigten Verwaltungsflächen einschl. Nebenräume im UG und im Dach. Pfortengebäude Richard-Wagner-Str. 19 (NGF ca. 320 m2): Baurechtliche Teilumnutzung und bauliche und technische Sanierung des zweigeschossigen Pfortenbäudes einschl. UG und Dach in Verwaltungsbereiche unter Beachtung öffentlich-rechtlicher und denkmalpflegerischer Vorgaben. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Bewerbungsformblatt zu erfolgen.
