         Die Vereinigte Pfründnerstiftung plant den Abbruch und den Neubau des Katharinenspitals in Forchheim. Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um ein Bauwerk mit gemischter Nutzung. Es werden 55 komplett barrierefreie Wohnungen zur Nutzung für ältere Menschen, eine Tagespflegeeinrichtung für ältere, kranke und behinderte Menschen, sowie ein Stadtteiltreff mit Quartiersmanagerbüro errichtet.

         Das Spital besteht aus 3 Gebäudeteilen mit unterschiedlichen Größen und hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 1 100 m2. Der Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 19 150 m3 teilt sich auf in 5 Geschosse inkl. Kellergeschoss.

Zuzüglich Erstellung der Dachentwässerung von ca. 160 m Kastenrinne aus farbigem Aluminiumblech inklusive Wasserablaufrohren.
