        Die Aok Nordwest ist derzeit an 190 Standorten vertreten. Zur Unterstützung und Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse plant die Auftraggeberin die räumliche Zusammenführung zu 80 Standorten. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sucht die Auftraggeberin verlässliche Partner, die das Umzugsprojekt kompetent umsetzen und eine reibungslose Verlagerung der Standorte gewährleisten. Es wird insgesamt mit einem Umzug von ca. 2 500 Mitarbeitern zwischen den Standorten gerechnet und ca. 2 500 Mitarbeiter müssen voraussichtlich innerhalb eines Standortes ihren Arbeitsplatz wechseln. Diese hausinternen Umzüge gehören ebenfalls zu dem Leistungsumfang. Die Umzüge sollen hauptsächlich den Transport von laufend benötigten Akten und persönliche Arbeitsutensilien der Mitarbeiter umfassen. Es wird überlegt die Archive weitestgehend vor Ort bestehen zu lassen. Gleiches gilt auch für EDV-Technik und Möbel.
