         Die ProPotsdam GmbH möchte den bestehenden Webauftritt ersetzen und im Rahmen eines Relaunch-Projektes modernisieren. Für dieses Projekt wird ein Dienstleister als Partner gesucht, der folgende Leistungsgegenstände ausführt:

         — Fachliche Konzeption,

         — Gestaltung,

         — Programmierung (Frontend, Typo3 CMS, Schnittstelle Immobiliensuche),

         — Inhaltserstellung (Texte, Bilder),

         — Inhaltspflege.

         Nach Fertigstellung des Projektes sollen.

         — Wartung und Software-Pflege,

         — Technischer Betrieb,

         — in Teilen die Betreuung der Inhalte (Texte, Bilder).

         Durch den Partner übernommen werden.

         Eine iterativagile Vorgehensweise innerhalb des Projektes mit regelmäßiger Einbindung des Auftraggebers wird gefordert, um konzeptionelle Fehler durch frühzeitiges „System-Erleben“ zu vermeiden und dabei durch eine hohe Zielerreichung eine hohe Zufriedenheit zu erreichen. Der Durchführungszeitraum des Projektes soll bei maximal 12 Monaten liegen.

         Zum bestehenden Webauftritt zählen folgende Seiten, die Bestandteil dieses Projektes sind:

         — www.propotsdam.de,

         — www.potsdamer-modell.de (die Inhalte dieser Webseite sollen in den Webauftritt propotsdam.de integriert werden),

         — www.polo-potsdam.de (diese Webseite soll als eigenständiger Mandant bestehen bleiben).

         Das Relaunch-Projekt wird zum Festpreis ausgeschrieben, wobei für die Inhaltserstellung und -pflege zunächst nur ein „Stückpreis“ pro Einzelseite vereinbart wird. Die anschließende Betreuung und Pflege wird nach Pauschale oder/und Aufwand vergeben.

         Die Vertragsgestaltung erfolgt nach „EVB-IT Erstellung“ (Ergänzende Vertragsbedingungen für die Beschaffung von Informationstechnik).
