      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Gemeinde Neufahrn beabsichtigt die Friedhofserweiterung an der Robert-Koch-Straße. Die Änderung des Flächennutzungsplans wurde beschlossen und umgesetzt. Die geplante Erweiterung (ca. 1,4 ha), mit dem Ausweis zusätzlicher PKW-Stellplätze, erfolgt auf einem benachbarten Grundstück, welches sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet. Die Aufgabe der Friedhofserweiterung beinhaltet daher zusätzlich die funktionale und gestalterische Lösung der Verbindung mit dem bestehenden Friedhof.

         Hierfür sind folgende Leistungen notwendig:

         Planungsleistung Bebauungsplan § 19 HOAI, LPH 1-3.

         Objektplanungsleistung Freianlagen § 39 HOAI, LPH 1-9.

         Die Leistungsphasen werden jeweils stufenweise beauftragt.

         Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften sind gegenüber dem Auftraggeber unverzüglich zu rügen, bei Verstößen, die sich aus der Bekanntmachung oder den Vergabeunterlagen ergeben, bis spätestens zum Ablauf der Angebots- oder Bewerbungsfrist (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1-3 GWB). Teilt der Auftraggeber mit, dass der Rüge nicht abgeholfen wird, kann innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der o. a. Vergabekammer schriftlich gestellt werden (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 GWB). Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist zudem unzulässig soweit der Antrag erst nach Zuschlagserteilung zugestellt wird (§ 168 Abs. 2 GWB). Die Zuschlagserteilung ist möglich 10 Tage nach Absendung (per Fax oder elektronischem Weg) der Bekanntgabe der Vergabeentscheidung (§ 134 Abs. 1 GWB).
