         Mit öffentlicher Förderung ist es unserem Zentrum gelungen, synthetisch-niedermolekulare Wirkstoffkandidaten gegen chronische Atemwegsinfektionen durch Pseudomonas aeruginosa zu identifizieren. Diese sollen im Rahmen einer ca. 15-monatigen Phase der Leitstrukturoptimierung in präklinische Profilierungskandidaten weiterentwickelt werden. Am Zentrum steht dazu ein multidisziplinär aufgestelltes Projektteam zur Verfügung. Mit diesem LV beschreiben wir Leistungen, die wir ergänzend für das zuvor genannte Projektziel extern, als Dienstleistung erwerben möchten.

Der Projektleiter des Teams muss einschlägige Erfahrung in der multiparametrischen Leitstrukturoptimierung niedermolekularer Substanzen für humane inhalative Dosierungen nachweisen können und für regelmäßige wissenschaftliche Austausche zur Verfügung stehen. Eine vorherige Erfahrung mit antiinfektiven Wirkstoffprojekten ist erforderlich. Der Anbieter ist nach Vertragsabschluß bereit, die Teammitglieder namentlich und ihre Kontaktinformationen offenzulegen.
