         Erweiterung der bestehenden Bosch-Brandmeldeanlage mit:

         Ca. 210 St. Automatische Brandmelder,

         Ca. 25 St. Handfeuermelder,

         Ca. 3 St. Rauchansaugsysteme,

         Ca. 1 St. Linienförmiger Wärmemelder,

         Laufkarten, Feuerwehreinsatzpläne.

         Erweiterung der bestehenden Bosch-Sprachalarmierungsanlage mit:

         1 St. SAA-Unterzentrale mit 5 Verstärkern, je 4 x 125 W,

         Ca. 115 St. Lautsprecher (Einbau, Anbau, Pendel), gem. EN54-24,

         Anbindung der SAA-Unterzentrale an bestehende SAA-Zentrale,

         STIPA-Messung (Messung der Sprachverständlichkeit).

         Die Errichtung der Anlage darf nur von einem zugelassenen Errichter durchgeführt werden. Der Bieter muss nach DIN 14675 zertifiziert sein.

         Es gelten die Bestimmungen des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkung GWB.

         Der Nachprüfungsantrag ist nach § 160 Abs. 3 GWB unzulässig, soweit der Antragsteller den geltend gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfantrags erkannt und gegenüber dem Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gerügt hat;

         Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, müssen spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden, Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, spätestens bis zum Ablauf der First zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe.
