         Die Baumaßnahme des 1. Bauabschnitts sollten ausschließlich Baumaßnahmen im 1. OG umfassen:

         Schadstoffsanierung im 1. OG.

         Innensanierung des von der Schadstoffsanierung betroffenen Bereichs im 1. OG über der Fahrzeughalle (Baukonstruktion und Gebäudetechnik), Umbau des 1. OG in eine Versammlungsstätte (Funktionsänderung).

         Dachsanierung der Flachdachbereiche über EG und 1. OG.

         Folgende Leistungen wurden außerhalb der jetzigen Baumaßnahme unter Berücksichtigung des Brandschutzgutachtens bereits durchgeführt:

         Kabelführung, Erstellen einer neunen Kabeltrasse für die Zuleitungen Strom Netz und Netzersatz, EDV, BMA, Uhrenanlage (momentan laufen die Kabel im UG im Flur und TRH).

         Erweiterung der Brandmeldeanlage = befindet sich im Technikraum UG.

         Erweiterung der Netzwerkverkabelung = Netzwerkschrank befindet sich im Technikraum UG.

         Anbindung der Unterverteiler an die NSHV.

         Verlegung der bestehenden Funktechnikleitungen.

         Anbindung der MSR im 1. OG mit dem Bestand.

         Brandschutz allgemein vom jetzigen Bauabschnitt zu den anderen Gebäudebereichen.

         Prov. Versorgung der Obergeschossräume über einen Unterverteiler.

         Sanierung, Erneuerung der Blitzschutzanlage auf dem Dach.

         Demontagearbeiten und verlegen der Heizungsanbindung.

         Fluchtweg, Notbeleuchtung usw. über das Feuerwehrmuseum.

         Anbindung der Wasserinstallation für das 1. OG im EG.
