         Beseitigung vorhandener Restvegetation, Bodenab- und Auftrag, Herstellung von Kfz-Stellplätzen aus Beton- werksteinpflaster mit Rasenfugen, Zufahrten aus Betonpflaster. Feuerwehrzufahrten z. T. als Schotterrasen. Die Verkehrsflächen aus Betonwerksteinpflaster in unterschiedlichen Formaten und Farben, Herstellung von 6 Gehwegüberfahrten. Die Entwässerung der Dach- und Verkehrsflächen erfolgt, verrohrt in Füllkörperrigolen auf dem Gelände mit gedrosselter Ableitung an das öffentliche Netz. Pflanzung von Bäumen, die Anlage von Pflanz- und Rasenflächen einschl. Fertigstellungs-, und Entwicklungspflege. Ausstattungen umfassen: Mast- und Einbauleuchten, Fahrradständer, abschließbare Müllhäuser, Poller, Sandspielfläche, Fallschutz aus Holzhäcksel, Spielgeräte, Bankelemente und Beschilderungen.

         Realisierungszeitraum:
