         Das Landesamt für Zentrale Polizeiliche Dienste Nordrhein-Westfalen hat im Zuge des vorliegenden offenen Verfahrens mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von PCs, Monitoren und Notebooks und den dazugehörigen Dienstleistungen abgeschlossen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von 2 Jahren. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Rahmenvereinbarung zweimal um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat somit eine Maximallaufzeit von 4 Jahren.

         Im Hinblick auf die Rahmenvereinbarung können keine Mindest- bzw. Höchstabnahmemengen garantiert werden. Darüber hinaus besteht seitens des Auftraggebers keine Verpflichtung zur Bestellung. Aufgrund der Abrufmengen der Vorjahre ist jedoch anzunehmen, dass pro Vertragsjahr die in Kapitel B -Leistungsbeschreibung als Kalkulationsgrundlagen angegebenen Mengen an Geräten aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden.
