         Nr. 2 Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe oder zur Bewerbung gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden;
