         Das Bauvorhaben Service- und Logistikzentrum beinhaltet den Neubau von 2 Gebäuden (Gebäude 0 und 1) in überwiegend Massivbauweise und den Umbau und Sanierung von einem bestehenden Gebäude (Gebäude 2). Die Gebäude nehmen diverse Werkstätte und Lagerräume der Landespolizei auf. Rückbau von vorhandenen Oberflächen:

         1 800 m2 Asphalt;

         400 m2 Beton- und Stahlbetonflächen Herstellung Verkehrsanlagen für Service- und Logistikzentrum;

         4 400 m2 Asphaltflächen;

         2 600 m³ Frostschutzschicht;

         800 m2 Betonpflasterflächen;

         ca. 350 m Entwässerungsrinnen inkl. Anschlussleitungen;

         150 m Lagerplatz für Absperrgitter;

         200 m2 einschl. Umzäunung und Drehflügeltor.
