Werden die Vergabeunterlagen anonym heruntergeladen, erhalten nicht registrierten Bieter bei evtl. Änderungen der Vergabeunterlagen oder Bieterinformationen keine Nachricht von der Vergabeplattform. Es liegt in alleiniger Verantwortung des nicht registrierten Bieters, sich über Bieterinformationen und ev. Aktualisierungen der Vergabeunterlagen auf dem Laufenden zu halten.

      Der Auftraggeber wendet das Landestariftreuegesetz (LTTG) des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz an.

      Enthalten die Vergabeunterlagen nach Auffassung des Bieters Unklarheiten, so hat der Bieter unverzüglich und noch vor Abgabe des Angebotes die unter I.3) benannte Kontaktstelle schriftlich darauf hinzuweisen. Die Bieter werden aufgefordert, im Interesse einer schnellen Beseitigung von Unklarheiten, frühzeitig und vorab ihre Fragen über die Vergabeplattform oder per E-Mail ([email protected]) an die unter I.3) benannte Kontaktstelle zu übermitteln. Fragen sollten bis spätestens 10 Kalendertage vor Ablauf der Angebotsfrist gemäß IV.2.2) gestellt werden.

      Von Bietern erkannte Verstöße der vergebenden Stelle gegen das geltende Vergaberecht hat der Bieter bei der vergebenden Stelle spätestens innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen schriftlich zu rügen. Erklärt die vergebende Stelle, dass sie einer Rüge nicht abhelfen will, hat der Bieter binnen einer Frist von 15 Kalendertagen bei der unter VI.4.1) genannten Stelle einen Nachprüfungsantrag zu stellen.
