         Das Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluß eines Werkvertrags über die Herstellung und Lieferung von Schaltanlagen,

         Es handelt sich dabei um Waren oder Dienstleistungen zur Erfüllung wissenschaftlich-technischer Fachaufgaben auf dem Gebiet der Forschung.

         Die Schaltanlagen werden im Rahmen der Vorbereitungen des UNILACs als Injektor für FAIR benötigt, um die aus technischen Gründen dringend

         Erforderliche Modernisierung der Vakuumsteuerung durchführen zu können.

         Es handelt sich in Summe um 5 SPS/Remote IO Steuerschränke, 11 Controllerschränke und 75 Steuerkästen.

         Die Ausführung der Steuer-/Controllerschränke ist jeweils ähnlich aber nicht identisch.

         Die Ausführung der Steuerkästen ist jeweils identisch.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Leistungen beinhalten die Fertigung, elektrische Prüfung, den Transport und das Abladen vor Ort, die Dokumentation und die Gewährleistung für den Liefer- und Leistungsumfang, sowie Ausführungsanpassungen nach der Ausführungsabsprache (PDR) bzw. nach der Prüfung des Prototypen.

         Der AN beschafft alle Komponenten und Bauteile der Stückliste (8 LV – Anlage 8 Stückliste Kompl), welche nicht als Beistellteile in 3 LV – Anlage 3 Beistellteile aufgeführt sind. Zusätzliches systembedingtes elektrisches und mechanisches Verbindungs- und Anschlussmaterial, sowie sonstiges Hilfsmaterial das über die Stückliste aus 8 LV – Anlage 8 Stückliste Kompl hinausgeht ist in den jeweiligen Einzelpositionen einzukalkulieren und im Lieferumfang enthalten.

         Vor Bau der kompletten Serien aus dem Liefer- und Leistungsverzeichnis werden durch den AN je ein Stück der vergleichbaren bzw. identischen Steuerschränke / Controllerschränke und Steuerkästen als Prototyp hergestellt. Diese sind:

         +UH009, +UH101 und +UC0901

         Nach erfolgreicher Prüfung (FAT) durch GSI, erfolgt der Bau der restlichen Serien auf der Basis der zu diesem Zeitpunkt gültigen Elektrodokumentation.
