      4. Description of the procurement:

        Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau eines Notfallzentrums. Es unterteilt sich in 2 Gebäude. Ein Feuerwehrgebäude sowie ein Gebäude für den Rettungsdienst und Katastrophenschutz mit Mietbereich für soziale Dienste der Stadt Eschborn/Ts.

        Der Gebäudeteil Feuerwehr beinhaltet im OG die Verwaltung, Aufenthalts- und Bereitschaftsräume, Schulungsräume und die Jugendfeuerwehr. Die Werkstätten und Lager (Atemschutz, CSA, Schlauchpflege, etc.) der FFW und die KFZ-Werkstatt sowie die Fahrzeughallen für die Alarmfahrzeuge der FFW sind im EG angeordnet. Direkt angrenzend zu den Fahrzeughallen befinden sich die Umkleiden mit Sozialbereichen (DU/WC) und diverse Technik- und Lagerräume (HA, Lager Ölbindemittel, etc.).

        Der zweite Baukörper vereint die Nutzungen des Katastrophenschutzes mit einer Fahrzeughalle mit 11 Stellplätzen und den zugehörigen Verwaltungs- und Sozialbereichen, Mietflächen für den Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) und der Rettungswache mit 3 Stellplätzen. Er befindet sich an der südöstlichen Grundstücksgrenze.
