         Ausführung der Bauleistung an einem Einzeldenkmal aus den 50er Jahren, das Gebäude besteht aus 2 Gebäudeteilen, dem Gebäudeteil A (BT A) mit sieben oberirdischen Geschossen und einem Lichthof (Atrium) ab dem 4. OG und dem Gebäudeteil B (BT B) mit 3 oberirdischen Geschossen und einem Innenhof. Die Außenfassaden sind mit Sandsteinplatten bekleidet, bis auf den Lichthof, dieser ist mit Fassadenplatten bekleidet.

         Die Fassadenbekleidungen sind zurück zubauen.

         Es sind insgesamt ca. 2 980 qm Sandsteinplatten verschiedener Formate zurück zubauen und zu entsorgen, 1 330 qm BT B (EG bis 2. OG), 1 650 qm BT A (EG bis 6. OG), Befestigungen unregelmäßig, teils mit gebogenen Drähten, teils mit Flachstahlankern.

         Weiterhin sind ca. 525 qm vorgehängte Plattenfassade (asbesthaltig, in gebundener Form) incl. Tragkonstruktion und Dämmung im Lichthof (4.OG bis 6. OG BT A) zurück zubauen und zu entsorgen. Hier ist die Erfordernis der Baustelleneinrichtung für die Sanierung nach TRGS 519 bzw. nach Stand der Technik zu beachten!

         Voraussichtlicher Ausführungstermin: Anfang August 2018 bis Dezember 2018.

         Rückbau Sandsteinfassade/Fassadenplatten:

         Ca. 2 980 qm Sandsteinfassade abbrechen (z.T. asbestbehaftet, TRGS 519)

         Ca. 2 400 m asbesthaltiges Fugenmaterial entfernen (TRGS 519),

         Ca. 525 qm Plattenfassade incl. Unterkonstruktion abbrechen (asbesthaltig, TRGS 519)
