         Ausführung der Bauleistung an einem Einzeldenkmal aus den 50er Jahren, das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Gebäudeteilen, dem Gebäudeteil A mit sieben oberirdischen Geschossen und einem Lichthof (Atrium) ab dem 4. OG und dem Gebäudeteil B mit drei oberirdischen Geschossen und einem Innenhof. Die Außenfassaden sind mit Sandsteinplatten bekleidet, bis auf den Lichthof, dieser ist mit Fassadenplatten bekleidet. Die Bekleidungen sind bauseits zurückgebaut.

         Betonsanierung der Außenflächen des Stahlbetonskelettbaus, d. h. Pfeiler- und Deckenvorderkanten Bauteil A und B, sowie des Fußpunktbereich rund um Bauteil B und in den Arkaden Bauteil A.

         Die Befestigungselemente, Flachstähle und gebogene Drähte, der zurück gebauten Sandsteinfassade in den Stahlbetonpfeiler- und Stahlbetondecken-Vorderkanten (ca. 3000 lfm) sind so zu behandeln, dass diese zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt die STB-Bauteile aufgrund von Korrosion aus atmosphärischer Feuchte nicht schädigen werden.

         Der Anschluss zum Außengelände BT B (Straßenfassade) und Arkadengang BT A (ca. 200 lfm) ist aufzugraben und die durch Salze an den Betonflächen entstandenen Schäden zu behandeln.

         Voraussichtlicher Ausführungstermin: September 2018 bis Juni 2019

         Ca. 550 St. alte Befestigungspunkte der Vorhangfassade sanieren, ca. 150 qm Sockelbereich sanieren incl. aufgraben und wieder verfüllen.
