         Die EnBW betreibt am Standort Stuttgart-Münster unter anderem ein steinkohlegefeuertes, wärmegeführtes Kraftwerk mit 3 Steinkohlekesseln (K12, K15 und K25).Bei Betrieb der Steinkohlekessel entsteht bei der Rauchgasentschwefelung das SAV-Produkt (Produkt aus dem Sprüh-Absorptions-Verfahren). Es handelt sich dabei um überwiegend trockenes, staubförmiges Material.

         Der Verwertungsweg ist vor Aufnahme mit der EnBW abzustimmen. Es ist vom Verwerter anzugeben: EfB-Zertifikat mit entsprechender Nummer, Genehmigung (BImSchG) der Verwertungsanlage, Beschreibung der Anlage. Sollte im Laufe der Vertragszeit ein neuer Verwertungsweg durch den Verwerter eröffnet werden, ist dies ebenfalls vor Aufnahme dieses Weges mit der EnBW abzustimmen. Eine direkte Abgabe an die Landwirtschaft als Dünger ist nicht zulässig.

         Die Abfallnummer lautet 100105.

         Je nach Einsatz des Kraftwerkes fallen pro Jahr ca. 3 000 t bis 5 500 t an. Diese Mengen können sowohl über als auch unterschritten werden. Eine Mindest- bzw.
