         Die Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken mit ihren beiden Betriebsstätten Klinik Rotes Kreuz und Klinik Maingau vom Roten Kreuz liegen im Herzen der Stadt Frankfurt am Main.

         Beide Häuser befinden sich in der Trägerschaft der Rotkreuz-Schwesternschaften und verfügen zusammen über ca. 365 Betten.

         Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der beiden Standorte beabsichtigen die Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken e.V. an der Klinik Maingau einen aufgeständerten Ersatzneubau für den vorhandenen OP-Bereich in direkter Anbindung an den Bestand. Die Bestandsflächen des 1.OG werden reorganisiert/umgebaut. Parallel zu diesen Arbeiten beabsichtigen die Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken e.V. an der Klinik Rotes Kreuz eine vorhandene Küchenfläche im UG zu einer AEMP (ZSVA) umzubauen.

         Beide Maßnahmen zusammen ergeben das zu bearbeitende Projekt.

         Die Umsetzung erfolgt bei beiden Maßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb. Beide Standorte befinden sich in innerstädtischen Lagen mit hohen Wohnanteilen. Für die Baustelleneinrichtung und -logistik sind die beengten örtlichen Gegebenheiten ebenso zu berücksichtgen, wie auch die Interessen der Anwohner und Patienten hinsichtlich Lärmschutz.

         Mit den Planungsleistungen ist unmittelbar nach Zuschlagserteilung zu beginnen.

         Der Baubeginn ist für die AEMP (ZSVA) an der Klinik Rotes Kreuz im Frühjahr 2019 avisiert, für den Ersatzneubau OP an der Klinik Maingau im Sommer 2019.
