         Das im Sommer 2007 fertiggestellte „Mitteldeutsche Multimediazentrum (MMZ)“ in der Mansfelder Straße

         56 in Halle (Saale) ist ein Existenzgründerzentrum für die Kreativ- und Medienwirtschaft in Sachsen-Anhalt. Es ermöglicht durch eine zentrale Lage, einer Vielzahl an Netzwerken, günstige Mieten und moderne Ausstattung Existenzgründern eine Basis für ihre Selbstständigkeit. In Folge des extremen Hochwassers im Juni 2013 wurden das MMZ sowie die Außernanlagen des Gebäudes schwer beschädigt. Zur Vermeidung künftiger Schäden am Gebäude sind im Zuge der Herrichtung und des Umbaus der Vorfläche des Gebäudes Hochwasserschutzmaßnahmen zu errichten. Umfang dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses sind Starkstromanlagen.
