         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Das Schulgebäude und die haustechnischen Anlagen werden energetisch saniert. Das Schulgebäude steht während der Sanierungsmaßnahme leer, die Turnhalle wird durchgehend von Vereinen genutzt. Daher müssen die Leitungen, die die Turnhalle versorgen, erhalten bleiben. Los 1: Im Zuge der Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten müssen Tafeln, Schränke und sonstiges fest eingebautes Mobiliar mit Folien abgeklebt werden. Abzubrechen bzw. rückzubauen sind ca. 5 900 qm Abhangdecken, ca. 2 000 qm KMF unter Berücksichtigung der TRGS 521 (Expositionskategorie 2), ca. 2 045 qm Bodenbeläge (PVC, Teppich) einschl. Sockelleisten, ca. 170 qm keramische Bodenbeläge inkl. Estrich, ca. 450 qm Wandfliesen, ca. 100 qm nichttragendes Innenmauerwerk, WC-Trennwände, ca. 30 Innentüren und 8 Stahl-Glas-Türanlagen.

Zu demontieren sind ca. 1 700 m Trinkwasserleitungen mit 1 300 m Ummantelungen, ca. 240 Armaturen, ca. 650 m Schmutzwasserleitungen (Guss, Stahl, Kunststoff), ca. 120 Sanitärobjekte, 1 Hebeanlage, ca. 2 850 m Heizleitungen mit Ummantelungen, ca. 193 Heizkörper mit unterschiedlichen Abmessungen, 1 Lufterhitzer, ca. 11 500 m Elektroleitungen, ca. 590 Leuchten unterschiedlicher Bauart, ca. 200 UP-Installationsgeräte, ca. 300 AP-Installationsgeräte, Installationskanäle, Wandlautsprecher, Handmelder, NT-Verteiler, ca. 650 m PVC-Rohre und -kanäle, ca. 1 000 m Kabeltrassen unterschiedlicher Breite.
