         Im Rahmen der brandschutz- und anlagentechnischen Instandsetzung des emilo-Stadions müssen aus brandschutztechnischen Gründen unter den derzeit neu erstellenden Fluchttreppen die außenliegenden Räume mit fester G30-Verglasung versehen werden. Aus diesem Grunde werden diese Räume mit Lüftungsanlagen mit Zu- und Abluft nachgerüstet. Die beiden Lüftungsgeräte werden auf noch zu erstellenden Bühnen aufgestellt, oberhalb der bestehenden abgehängten Decken.

         Aus nutzungsspezifischen Gründen wird eine Lüftungsanlage im Sommer/Herbst 2018 realisiert, die weitere Anlage wird im kommenden Jahr ab Mai 2019 eingebaut (2 Bauabschnitte gem. Terminplan Verdingungsunterlagen).
