      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Es ist beabsichtigt, das Schulgebäude der Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule, Lindenstraße 7, in Viersen energetisch zu sanieren, brandschutztechnisch zu ertüchtigen sowie die Barrierefreiheit der Schule zu verbessern. Weiterhin soll die bestehende Einlieger-Hausmeisterwohnung zu einem separat zugänglichen Bürgerbüro umgenutzt werden. Der überwiegende Teil der technischen Anlagen wird erneuert. Zur Durchführung der Maßnahmen wird die Schule ab Februar 2018 vorübergehend in Ausweichschulgebäude ausgelagert und nach Abschluss der Sanierungsmaßnahmen bis Ende 2019 das Gebäude wieder beziehen. Die Turnhalle wird durchgehend von Vereinen genutzt. Für die Sanierung sind rd. 300 m Bauzaungestellung sowie Gerüstbauarbeiten in 2 Abschnitten erforderlich: in 2018 sind für Fassadensanierungsarbeiten in den Obergeschossen rd. 4 350 m2 Fassade mit einem Arbeitsgerüst LK IV (für Betonsanierungs-, Maurer- und Abbrucharbeiten, etc.), teilweise mit Auslegerkonsolen und teilweise mit Einnetzung zu erstellen, inkl. 3 Treppentürme, Schutzdächer, Lastenaufzüge. Zwischendurch muss das Gerüst komplett abgebaut werden. In 2019 werden die Sockelbereiche UG und EG erneut eingerüstet. Während der gesamten Standzeit müssen Auslegerkonsolen rückgebaut und Teilbereiche des Gerüstes umgebaut werden. Standdauer: ca. 4+34 Wochen.
