         Im Zuge der Neustrukturierung des Krankenhauses St. Elisabeth Ravensburg, 2. Bauabschnitt sind Rückbauarbeiten (Bauteil A und B Arbeiten im Bestand sowie Bauteil C Liegendkrankenvorfahrt und Wirtschaftshof) als nachlaufende Maßnahmen durchzuführen.

         Der Betrieb des angrenzenden Krankenhauses ist während der gesamten Bauzeit aufrecht zu erhalten.

         Wesentliche Leistungen:

         — Entrümpelung / Rückbau von Festeinbauten,

         — Rückbau Leichtbauwände: ca. 1 600 m2,

         — Rückbau Massivbauwände: ca. 600 m2,

         — Rückbau abgehängte Decken: ca. 1 700 m2,

         — Rückbau Türen: ca. 85 Stück,

         — Rückbau Estrich und Bodenbelag: ca. 2 600 m2.
